Job Description

provide friendly welcome to incoming Guests while ensuring timely seating

Follow proper phone etiquette and answer the phone according to Buffalo Wild Wings specifications
-
Respond to guest complaints/concerns and know when to get a manger involved

Correctly take and enter takeout orders into POS
-
Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks
-
Cash handling functions, process credit card transactions, and confirming prices
-
Ensures that unauthorized persons are not operating their assigned cash register and keeps passwords confidential

Thank guest as they leave

Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times

Requirements

Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately handle cash transactions

Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)

A positive attitude and great personal drive

A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs

Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time

Availability to work on weekends
